How do I create an account?
Download the app or visit our website, tap "Sign Up", and enter your email and password. You can also sign up with your existing accounts.
What's included in the Free plan?
The Free plan includes access to live radio stations, limited song skips, and ad-supported listening. Upgrade to Plus for unlimited skips, offline downloads, and ad-free music.
How do I upgrade to One Caribbean Plus?
Go to your Account settings and tap "Upgrade to Plus". You can pay monthly or annually with a credit card or through your app store.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your Account settings. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, manage your subscription through your device settings.
Why is the music not playing?
Check your internet connection and make sure the app has permission to use cellular data. Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, contact us.
How do I report a problem with a song?
Tap the three dots menu on any song and select "Report Issue". You can also email us with details about the problem.
